why is my fiancé so desperate for his 10 yo daughter's love? she doesn't care to say goodnight to him. she goes into her room and closes the door and goes to sleep. he watches the clock and tries to make it out to say goodnight. last night, he stood by her door and asked if he could have a hug or if she was already undressed (she likes to sleep naked). she sounded annoyed and awkwardly said that she was already undressed. he sounded so disappointed as he told her goodnight and he loves her. the girl is emotionally unattached and not at all affectionate. his desperation for her attention is disturbing. i told him last night that he acts like a little puppy standing outside of her door asking for hugs when she clearly just wants him to leave her alone. he got really mad!!!!! i don't care anymore. it's such a huge turn off.
