Merry Christmas, "You're Fired"
So to my SOs dismay, he thought he was having a "normal" conversation with his boss, thinking because she said she wanted to have monthly calls with him, this being the first one, that he would have a regular call. Nope. Apparently, she didnt have the balls to be on the phone to tell him, she instead got the HR Girl to do it for her.
Yesterday, SOs computer was locked out for 24 hours and he asked his boss, if he was being fired. Her response" Not that I'm aware of." I had raised an eyebrow. I am normally attuned to others behaviours and patterns, so much so, that I could totally see the abuse the B and her kids were causing in our lives- it was total and still is BS. I do have some small hope they'll change, but I wont hold my breath or lose sleep over it anymore.
Not sure how this will impact SOs court date in January to end child support for the fruits of his labour- joking, theyve been nothing but trouble.
Im not too bummed, we recently bought a home, it needs major upgrading in another province and I have an interview on monday. I know he will be on to bigger and better things.
Hopefully everyone else's Friday didnt start this way.
Cheers.
