So we had our first court date. BM got more money (exactly what she wanted) but hopefully not for long! She wanted to change the visitation plan but the judge sided with HDs lawyer that it was not a good idea since there may be another change in visitation later and with all the things we had on BM it may not be a good environment for the kids to spend more time in. HDs lawyer told the judge about BM locking the kids in their room and the judge sent CPS to her house (Oh how I wish I could be there when they show up!). The judge also told BM to quit saying things to hinder the skids relationship with their father and quit letting her mother do so and if her mother could not stop then to keep the kids away from her (but I doubt that will happen even if she does keep it up). The judge also believed all of DHs accusations against BM and told BM that we had proved that her accusations against us were false. They did get a GAL for the kids which worries me because I know BM will try to get the kids to lie to the GAL but I guess all we can do is pray and hope for the best. I guess all-in-all even though he may have to pay more CS for a couple months things are looking up!
