Okay, fellow s-talkers, today is my birthday. Always happy to have another one! Soooo much better than the alternatives. Smile
But guess what DH got me? A ladies model police special!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!! A HANDGUN!!!!!!!! I had to laugh! I told him, "honey, knowing how I feel about your new son-in-law (and his kids), you thought a gun would be a good idea? I think there may be a "domestic situation" in my future!"

My DH and I got in a terrible argument a few days ago after he met with SD32 and she admitted that, not only is she knocked up AGAIN (#5), but this time she married the thug! Oh, and she also dropped out of nursing school. I have said on more than one occasion that this convicted crack dealer isn’t welcome in our home so she deflected all the shady crap she’s been pulling off on to me because she doesn’t feel “comfortable” around me since I don’t want anything to do with the “love of her life and husband.” That was her reason for screwing up our Christmas….

For those of you that have read my posts you know my "adult" stepkids are emotional teenagers! Thanksgiving went fine, by the way, because sd and her family didn't show up. Which was fine.
Now I've found out through devious means, that my SD is pregnant with her 5th child by her 5th baby daddy. The fathers have all been thugs and criminals and this one is no exception. He is supposed to turn himself in to the DOC on the 28th to start serving his sentence for dealing crack. This is the kind of guy she exposes her current kids to!!!

Well, it’s time for a little update on the adult loser step kids in my life.
I’ll start with a happy note! The SS34 (35 next month) did indeed move out to his own place the 1st of November!!! (only a month late) I haven’t been there, but I hear it’s a pit. He doesn’t really seem to mind too much and that is good because I made it clear that he’s not moving back with us if things fall apart or he doesn’t pay his bills. I think he’s finally starting to realize that it is only a stepping-stone to better things; or he pays lip service to that idea pretty well.

My skids are crazy losers! Where did they come from?

Things have been going along without too much drama lately since I've disengaged from the two biggest losers I've ever met. But I have to tell you all that these crazy ADULT Skids (I use the term adult loosely) are still kind of driving me nuts. Last night, I laid down the law that my SS34 and BD29 have to clean the house top to bottom because I can't stand it anymore. BTW, my BD29 moved in this summer because she's in college and lost her job. She'll be gone in a couple of weeks back to school. SS34 has been here since April. Come hell or high water, he'll be gone Oct. 1.

I married the sweetest, most generous guy in the world a year and a half ago. I thought there wouldn't be kid issues because his 2 and my 3 are all IN THEIR 30S!! That's not the case. Both of his are a constant drain on his finances to the point that I have to take up all the slack. Becasuse it got so much worse after our marriage, I really think they saw me a new revenue source! If they were progressing toward adulthood, I could tolerate it but that isn't happening so I find myself getting angrier and angrier.
