DS17 turns 18 in two months. DD15 lives primarily with me, DWand skids. Goes to school here and willccertainly graduate here.

ExW is getting married in June and plans to move herself and DS7 in with her SO, SO's bios, (boys aged 7 and 12) and SO's mother. ExW plans tol finish her PhD and work in B until at least January, at which to.e she will look for a PhD level job. Until then, her plan is for DD7 to attend school in T, where they wl I've, but 65 miles from B. ExW's SO's work moves him around within 100 miles of T, and his bios attend school in S. My opinion is that this is not going to be an easy situation for anyone involved. ExW's SO's bio12 has a history of violence, and violent threats. Two weeks ago escorted from school in handcuffs. ExW's SO has a lot of guns. Ex says they are super careful, but angry teens and guns are not something I am interested in having DS7 around. There are other issues, but ExW says that DS7 is .living to T until she sees proof he would be better off elsewhere.

I feel this one is worth taking to court if need be.
