Resolution to Adoption Issue

Thanks to everyone for being there and to those that commented on my last blog..

Bio mom, in our situation, has no parental rights her parental rights to SD and her other two daughters were severed by the state of California in three different situations. They were all taken from her and the youngest has already been adopted out. She has no rights to contact, visitation, nothing..I was told previously that the most we would have to do is file a petition and the judge would approve it after seeing her "parental" back ground.

I have opted to not adopt SD.

So I have been thinking about my situation and just trying to take it day by day. One of the worst things that I can do, particularly with major life decisions, is make hasty choices. I have a lot to consider and a lot to think about. And in doing so, one thing that has dawned on me for sure is that this situation, my blended family situation and my marriage is just not working for me.

What a Schmuck!!!

So DH comes home from work..See's his "dumpling" cart blanch on the couch playing the play station and doesn't say an f ing word..(Why? Because that is secretly what he wanted all along I think..To exasperate me and make maintianing his punishment so hard on me that I give up..That way the brat is off her grounding and he can blame me for letting her off!!)

So, I went up staires a little bit ago to hand My Hell some folded laundry. She is 10.5 years old, not grounded to her room, and yet chooses to be upstaires with her bedroom door locked..Why???? Because, of course, she is up there playing her DS and doesn't want me to walk in and bust her..(Her dad maybe stupid but I certianly am not.)

Pass me the Qtips......

So Dh is carrying on like he didn't even hear what I said to him the other night..Saturday night he brought up letting My Hell watch some TV. Yesterday, was a busy day for me. I cleaned the entire house, steam cleaned, did laundry and painted part of our bathroom..

Well, hubby is starting to "cave" his My Hell's punishment..The no electronics and no socializing until her next report card..Grounded should be grounded but not in this house, at least not when it comes to her.

We are on Spring Break since Saturday of last week. We went to a BBQ, last Saturday night, right next door and DH says.."Should I let My Hell come over and make a plate?" (Ahhh yes, the set up...)

I swear to God, if their was an "in law from hell" contest I would win that sucker hands down..They have been a nightmare from day one. I could tell stories that would make anyones hair stand on end.I just absolutley HATE them, all of them..

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this board and who gave me their two cents worth! We moved here to Germany about 6 months ago and all my friends and family are back in the states..So I have NO ONE here to talk to about things. All of you are appreciated more then you know!!

So...I confronted hubby about the incident today. At first he tried to say that she "sent it to everyone". No she didn't because it was only his email address in the "To:" section of the email...And I told him that...(In other words he tried to lye to me.)
