WHY do judges let these crazy ass BM's get away with everything?!

The Harpee didn't serve her documents corectly for the bifrucation hearing. Therefore, by the rules of court (that are supposed to apply to everyone) the matter should have been continued.....

BUT NOOOOOOO! the Harpee wants to get married tomorrow (to a former HS boyfriend that has been in the picture about 6 months that we know of)so the judge gives it to her anyway!

How the hell do these crazy ass bm's manage this crap?

OMG- WHat next?!

BM (tha Harpee) has been harassing FDH for at least 2 weeks now about wanting to move the Skids to the middle of nowhere. FDH doesn't agree. She harasses him (like 30 text in 1 day- despite being told to stop and talk to his lawyer)

EVERY.FREAKING.DAY she text at least once. Now she tells him this morning that she "lost her job due to taking too much time off"

I call BULLSHIT. She went to work for a friend (who helped her lie about her income), and claimed that she was "self employed" How can you lose a job if you are self employed?

What is the Harpee up to? (AKA- Bifrication?)

So the Harpee gave papers for a new motion to FDH's lawyer...... for Bifrication (to separate the "marital status" from the custody stuff)... Because she won't negotiate or be at all reasonable and he refuses to deal with her BS.........and of course she filed it on the 12th and waited till the last possible second to tell anyone about it.

So she filed a motion and served his lawyer herself. The hearing date is set for two weeks before the custody review. Fdh's lawyer asks if they can set the Bifrication hearing for the same day. The Harpee says

*bangs head on desk* The BM perspective......

OK. I try really hard not to be a psycho bm. I try to communicate with XH as rationally as possible (and considering this is the man who wants to to go out of my way to plan activities for his GF (that he cheated with and left me for) kid like she is also one of my kids that is harder than most would expect)

Did I handle this correctly?

FDH has the boys today, and I am working from home (Usually I am on site so the boys and I only see each other for about 20 minutes on Sundays)

Due to the Harpee and her crap they don't know me well, whoch I try to keep in mind. I am also the first person FH has ever introduced them to..

SS6 hit me in the face with his balloon... I replied "Well that was rude!" FDH made him apologize. (and yes I'm lucky that so far FDH handles things like that without making excuses)

The waiting is killink me!

havent heard from FDH yet... hearing for spousal/CS was this morning.... he was in a really bad place last night...

I don't get it. Why is it that some of us bust our asses, jump through hoops and always tell the truth and do the right things and we get screwed? The psycho lying POC BM's lie their asses off, make shit up, don't provide proof of anything and then get everything they want? WHY WHY WHY WHY??!?!?!?!?!?

OK... I'm calmer now..... sort of.

FDH's CS hearing is tomorrow..... his lawyer told him to be prepared to pay 2100.00 per month... because he only has 7% time since the harpee pulled her false accusation BS.

This leaves him with about 1000.00 to live on per month. The mortgage is 1300.00
Anyone have experience with this?

O/T: The penalty box- Anyone done this? What would you put on the list?

SO, FDH and I go to couples therapy every 2 weeks ish. We don't currently live together and are trying to build this thing with a solid foundation so that before we dump a bunch of presure on it we have a chance in hell of surviving 6 kids under the age of 8.

O/T (kinda) FINALS ARE DONE!!!!!!!!

WOO HOO! Finals are done! The kids only have one more week of school! Then FDH and I can spend more time in the same zip code! (We live an hour apart)

I am really looking forward to being able to relax some! I have to deal with Exh's court BS, but that should be over with soon enough. The kids and I are going to spend some quality time with FDH and his kids over the summer and I am looking forward to gwtting a better picture of how the dynamics are going to be.

SO FDH and the harpee went to mediation... what a f&^%$^& train wreck that was.

The mediator basically was anti-penis.

The mediator actually said- and reccomended to the judge- that it was more important for the boys to go to baseball than spend quality time with their father (he was getting them 28 hours a week- and more than half of that was spent at baseball)
