Done with court...for a minute...

Court went as expected from yesterday's post. Not great but not terrible.

1. SS7 is still in state custody. He will be staying at the facility for the forseeable future. At least another month or so. Restrictions are still in place with BM regarding visitation. FDH will still have visitation as scheduled. The court...along with FDH feel that treatment is progressing and should continue.

Prayers and good wishes needed badly, thank you for all listening and being such a greatbsupport system. Your kindness, sympathy, and words of wisdom and reason have been a blessing. I took some melatonin last night and went to bed early so I could be well rested. FDH is okay, I think court sadly doesn't faze him like it did in the beginning.

If you have been following my story, FDH has been fighting for nineteen months now for custody of his children from their terrible mother. FDH received an email from his attorney. We are dumbfounded by what is in this email.

This email is from the dfcs attorney to FDH's attorney who cc'd the GAL, I'm posting the short version

Here is the gist of the email that the attorney received from the DFCS attorney, who also sent it to the GAL

FDH and I are getting antsy for Friday to get here. Nervous and excited all in one. Not sure how the case is going to go. Here is the latest:

FDH and I are getting by pretty well. He's in a better mood than he was. It was rough for a few weeks there. He will have 6 of 8 voluntary parenting classes completed by the time we go to court Friday.

Update on Me...Selfish perhaps?

Everything has revolved around the skids for so long, for once I am going to be self-indulgent and post about myself as a person. I'm 32, I'm divorced from BS6 and BD5's dad, I work full time for a wholesale distributor of auto parts, I pull side jobs when I can for our customers, and I love my kids and live for my kids and that's fine. I am always busy. Constantly busy, and that's okay with me. I'm always the type of person to want to accomplish as much as possible in one day, however, it doesn't always work and I wind up with six different projects.

Sorry to blog hog, but here's the BM calls FDH directly!

BM will on occasion call FDH, but she refuses to leave a text, an email, or a voicemail stating clearly what she needs. If she does leave one it's always "it's an emergency call me back", or "I really need to talk to you". Very vague and open ended. Like I said, she refuses to use text or email, apparently each one has stopped working or got hacked every other week for the past five years.

Today she actually left a VM...it was a doozy.

FDH got the Update on the kids

After BM trashed FDH and, had to have her "life coach" on the phone with her to explain everything to her that she refused to acknowledge regarding kids being taken from her, FDH got the phone call directly from the people. See, she kept insisting to the people representing SS7 on the conference that only she knew what was really going on with SS7, it's all FDH's fault and they just need to let him and SS10 come back to her and just decide that already. She also says SS7 doesn't need to be where he is and she wants them to put him in a facility closer to her home.

Conference Call for update on SS7's evals

FDH told me last night that he was contacted by SS7s case worker at the residential behavioral facility asking what time this afternoon was a good time for a conference call between her, dfcs case worker, a rep from another agency (???), and...Bottom Feeder...sigh

The purpose of the call was supposed to be for the parents and dfcs to be advised of how SS7s is doing, how his meds are working, what the evaluations are determining about his behavior disorder, etc.

Since SS's are still in the state's care, FDH has to pay the state but not the mortgage company and not the difference to Bottom Feeder...its still the same amount and I don't quite understand why she doesn't have to pay anything. On a side note FDH says she looks more like a train wreck than she did last month in court. We also found out that her visits via phone and in person to the SS's has to be supervised and one of the social workers has already reported her for filling the kids' heads with her crqp.
