You treat her like a baby, she's going to act like a baby.

DH got an e-mail from the Wookie yesterday. It appears that SD9 has been acting out lately at the Wookie's house. Wookie says SD9 threw a screaming fit in the grocery store because she didn't get her way. She also has been very pouty and whiny and wants what she wants. Hmmmm. Looks like bad parenting is finally catching up with BM. On SD9's report card a couple of weeks ago, the teacher noted that SD9 sulks and pouts when she doesn't get her way.

Our Anniversary, preparing for The Wookie's call

onehappygirl's picture

Mine and DH's anniversary is Monday. Last year, The Wookie who NEVER texts DH, sent him a series of texts and pictures one evening, two days before our anniversary date. While sitting there wondering what the hell, it dawned on us that she thought it was our anniversary and was being spiteful. We actually thought it was pretty funny.

So that means, she will be calling Saturday night.

This year, I'm ready! I intend to either text back or call her and tell her that DH is busy, has his hands and mouth full and can't be bothered.

Empty poptart boxes and other little things that drive me insane!

Someone please explain to me that when someone eats the last package of poptarts, it’s absolutely impossible for them to throw the box into the garbage which is sitting a mere three feet away. Not only is the box not thrown in the garbage, the empty wrapper is put back into the poptart box and the box is put back in the cabinet. Why???

LOL!!! ~snort~ Ah-ha, ah-ha - whew!!

Okay, I was stalking. I googled the Wookie's name. This site came up: http://www.isthisyour.name/ So, I'm looking through it, and I notice that the Sasquatch is her power animal. That's what DH and I call her privately. I call her the Wookie on here because Sasquatch was already taken as a BM name. I guess you gotta see it to get it.

I did something naughty

If you'll remember, the Wookie told my DH that under no circumstances am I to touch SD9's hair. In my head, I usually flip her the bird as I'm styling SD9's hair anyway.

However, today was picture day at school. So in order not to "get caught," I let SD9 go to school with unkepmt hair. We don't buy school pictures anyway. We usually take very good pictures ourselves in front of our tree in the front yard. But BM buys every single school picture the kids have ever had.

OT - Living in a van down by the river

My Ex had the kids all last week. In the three years we have been divorced, this is only the second time he took his week and only because I guilted him into it. In hindsight, the kids should have stayed home with me.

I've blogged before about owning a house with him. He refused to refinance it to get my name off of the mortgage and deed, and now the house has been foreclosed. I got notice that the house would be put up for sale by the Master Commissioner. Obviously, if I got the notice (and I don't even live in the house), then I would assume that he got the notice too.

Stupid BM, Stupid Ex-H, Damn Stupid Cat!!!

My foul mood may be due to lack of sleep because our freakin' cat loves to get up on high places and then dive right into the middle of the bed, usually up near my head, pulling my hair. If we shoo him out and close the door, he will just sit there digging at the door until we let him back in. He can't stand a closed door. Spoiled rotten entitled POS!
