Can someone PLEASE tell me how BM is able to contact MY HUSBAND'S insurance and get information??

Both the skids are adults now, and only one is still on the policy.

How, oh how, can BM call and get info????

That's my next question for him.
I insure myself and my kids. It would actually be free if we went on DH's, though. He keeps pushing for it, but I've been worried that this crazy psycho bitch would be able to access all of our info.
I have chronic illnes, and I do NOT want her to get wind of that!

Oi Vey don't do it. A poster once on this site said that she was married to dh and went on his insurance. His daughter 20 something ran up a medical bill and it went to collections. They didn't even know about it.

The collection company came after her too, and they had every legal right too.

I will always keep my own insurance policy and we will file our own tax returns.
If Crazo found out how much more I make than her it would drive her more crazy. She would get to see them if she takes him back to court for more support.

If one is still on and she has the policy information and that one is still covered that's all she needs. As his mother they would talk to him with the policy verification information she has in her posession.

That's possible, but that would only give her access to THAT adult child's info. If she somehow gained access to or your husband's info, you need to file a complaint.

I would recommend calling ins company, letting them know what is going on and asking if u can set up some sort of password so that no info is given out without that, or that ins has to call back to phone # on file.
