Feeling frustrated- need advice

Ss8 is here visiting. He only visits 2 or 3 times a year. I am 28 weeks pregnant, it's 34 degrees and I am losing patience FAST. My husband is working 12 hour night shifts this week so he sleeps from 6am-1pm and then leaves for work at 4:30pm. Basically its me doing everything and find myself becoming soooo frustrated! I'm hormonal, im hot, im tired and i'm on the edge. Advice ladies?

What can your Skid8 do?

What is your SK8 able to do?

My SS is almost 8 (a couple weeks away) and he has absolutely no idea how to

Tie his shoes
Ride a bike
Make his bed properly
Cut food up--> he wants everything cut and because he refuses to take 'bites' out of anything! And sometimes what DH cuts up is 'too big' and needs to be cut smaller still!
Turn the water on for a bath
Brush his teeth (he brushes the front 2 only!)

Sooo i'm feeling a little sheepish lol
Last week i posted a blog entry bitching and moaning that my mil was going to visit and bring ss with her and then when she leaves 3 days later, take ss with her as per BM request (even tho DH gets the full 2 weeks for spring break with ss)
Anyways not only did i totally misunderstand but i got new info.
Mil was going o bring ss with her and leave after 3 days but leave ss here with us so all we have to do is drop him off (this is GREAT news since its a 12 hour drive)

My ss lives 10 hours away from my husband and me. He technically lives with bm but since she lives in the same town as dh's mom, my mil, bm and mil split time. Its like they coparent. So anyways, we get ss7 on all holidays and duting summer. Mil is always kind to me but shes also buddy buddy with bm (who is a psycho bitch) so spring break in coming up. We usually get ss for the full 2 weeks only this time, bm has requested he come for 4 days only. We always drive 10 hours there, drive back her for our time and drive him back and then come home ourselves.

Question: what qualifies you as a single Mom?

This is not SS related. I just have to ask because personally I think it's ridiculous but maybe i just don't like the woman so it makes everything she does ridiculous. She has a baby that was seized by the child protective services. She lives with her boyfriend (not babys dad) who has a very well paying job. She does not work. She has rallied in our town saying she is a "single mom" asking for donations of clothing and cribs, high chairs, gift certificates for grocery stores in town. SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE BABY OUT OF THE FOSTER HOME!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now. I have a feeling this month will be the month i find out I'm pregnant. I have crazy baby fever so I'm already thinking of a photo announcement ideas. Heres the thing, my husband has a son who lives with his mother, 12 hours away. We do not see him very often and he and i dont have a close relationship. Hes very manipulative for a 7 year old making it quite clear he wants his mom and dad back together (even though they were never married and broke up when he was 1 year old.

Today has been a rough one... The worst in a long time. There is so much back story and so much content needed to explain why im feeling the way i am so I'm just not gonna go there. I'm just asking all the other step parents out there, to please send a prayer this way. God knows I could use some tonight. I'm feeling angry, sad, frustrated and... Well... Broken down. My husband works away so I sit here all alone, needing a hug. Thank god for this site. Without explaining anything, I know i have the support of many. No matter what, knowing that, helps.
