h1n1 Shot

SD17 called me today to see if I would go sign a paper at the school so the skids could get their h1n1 shots. of course I said I would, even though I was thinking that they probably sent the paper home with the kids and they just never showed us it, so now I have to go down there. The lady who works the front desk is always so rude and hits on BF. Gross.
So I go down there alone and sign the paper. SD17 says that its BMs day off and that she did not want to get out of bed so she told her to call me. NICE.

I guess as long as the parents agree that the child should get that shot there shouldn't be a problem. The school could be in deep doodoo for doing anything let along giving a shot to a child on the signature of a stepparent who has no legal authority to sign such things. I would be very careful if I were you and not let the parents put you in that position again. You never know what door you're opening to a lawsuit should something happen to that kid and there is an adverse reaction to that shot.
