So quick update on the party situation, I was informed that skid might not be able to make it to the party cuz his mother's parents are taking him to Disney world that week...so of course dh is all bummed out *even acting like the reason for the party was for ss* and he' acting like we need to either cancel or reschedule it for his spawn to be there....I want to scream *THIS PARTY ISN'T FOR SKID OR ABOUT HIM AT ALL ITS ABOUT OUR TWINS!

Really?! RUUUUUDE! (Ot)

Not a dh problem not a Skid problem just something funny I'd like to share.

One of the twins was getting ready for bed and dh burps so loudly little guy jumps up after nodding off for a second looks at dh and says "really?!...ruuuuude..say scuse me!" And falls asleep again.

Now I may not like that he called out his dad like that but since he's only turning two this month I'll let it slide ..but he wasn't wrong lol 

What are your thoughts?  Is it wrong of me to think it' funny and shrug it off?

Vent 3 is too much!

3 was NOT the deal!!!

The agreement was supposed to be only two skid weekends in a row..now this weekend was supposed to be my weekend and now of course it isnt! I NEVER AGREED TO RUINING THREE WEEKENDS IN A ROW!  It's not technically his summer break until his mom takes him on vacation first why would I say ok to having him any earlier than I agreed to 

And now we have to ruin nap time vent!

The only time I have for myself once again skid ruined! I shouldn' have to uproot three out of the four children to my room just because skid can' manage to do anything quietly!  Literally nothing...he could be eating a soft piece of white bread and he would still chomp and "NOM" as loud as he possibly can...how is it at all fair that the one space I have in the house that will fit my two toddler and baby comfortably gets overrun and completely taken over by the brat and his father who can' manage at all to let them nap?!

And the CONSTANT denial continues!

An other fight about the same crap we always fight about every other weekend...I just don' want MY kids to act the way he does especially about food! And right away on the defensive and unending denial *oh you always only ever say the bad things he does like how he was raised is so horrible* no correction dear husband is said i.will not have separate standards for the children you will eat what I serve and not complain about it.

He's spoiled

He's a brat

.....I've read something today that just broke my heart  (won' mention what it was for anonymity) but it made me realize that I do love my step kid. For alot of the negatives there are definitely positives too. I love the way he can be silly while we bake together I love how he tells me stories about his day. I could never be the type of person who hates their step kid he's a good boy he just needs a lot of help. 

He's smarter than most the adults give him credit for

So the latst drama..dh and I need to move in August I don' want to stay another year here! Lol but anyway...his dad wants us to join him in Michigan, and he will cosign a loan for us to get a house.and dh can work with him..I don't really want to live in a state that only has HIS family there. On the flip side of things my sister offered us the same thing but in Nebraska.(my mom moves to Florida in September) so I feel like her offer is valid too.
