BM is going to have to pay CS and is pissed. LMAO!!!!!
I have a 1-800 # that you can call for my state that will tell you were you cs case is at. DH case is in the enforcement stage right now. So that means BM has got a job and the state ags office is fixing to do their first withholding. I know its mean of me but it honestly makes me happy to see BM pissed. She called DH and was trying to tell him off but the reception was bad so DH just hung up. Which is what he usually does.
BM is always trying to get around the court order. BM thinks everyone is against her and that she's done nothing wrong ever.
DH gave BM a chance when she came out of prison the first time. DH didn't charge her cs and let BM mother (GBM) do the supervised visit. BM didn't last a year clean and GBM stopped doing the visit because BM was to strung out and hard to handle. This time out of prison DH is going strait by the court order.
It never ceases to amaze me that some of these BM think that they shouldn't have to follow the court order.
That they shouldn't have to pay cs.
That they shouldn't have to pay 1/2 the medical.
That they shouldn't have to provide address, phone #'s and job information.
But if the shoe was on the other foot they'd damn sure be making DH do those things.
Reap what you sew BM! No one cares how you feel.

Good! Hopefully she'll keep
Good! Hopefully she'll keep the job long enough to actually make some payments
For DH and me its really not
For DH and me its really not about the money. We just want BM to go by the co. BM thinks she can call the shots and everybody suppose to give her her way. Its always worked in the past. BM has meet her match with DH because he knows every trick in the book and he plans to use them. BM has never in the 4 years SS has lived with us bought clothes, toys, anything really. Wait I take that back she bought SS a little wooden knife for Christmas when he was 4yrs old. He's 8 now. And while she was in prison she sent cards. No Christmas, birthday or valentine presents.
