Does anyone BM have to be drug tested before they can visit ?

I've heard of parents that have to be drug tested before they can visit their kids. Does anyone do this. If so who gives the test? who buys the test? Is it in your co/ or did you have to have it added? If so how did you do that?

I'm assuming she has a documented issue with drugs and/or alcohol (convictions, rehab, etc). I would check with your attorney first.

Now only if they offered crazy ass skank testing.

Not yet, but DH told BM last week that if she had the nerve to ask him for child support because she has CHOOSEN not to worl for the past 8 years that she MUST be on drugs and he was going to take her to court to have mandatory testing done before each visit. LMAO, he's funny. Really though, she smokes a lot of weed, so it has been a topic of discussion.

In order to end supervised visitation, BM1 was court ordered to be drug tested and provide DH with the result every other friday before she picked SD8 up. If she refused or failed she could not take SD8. Which was a great idea.

The f*cked up part in all this was:

#1 BM1 was/is not ordered to pay CS "because she doesn't have a job". Its been 5 years. She still has no job, besides hooking, and doesn't have to pay a dime in CS.

#2 Because BM1 doesn't have a job and can not afford CS, but can somehow afford to do all the drugs she does, Judge ordered the drug tests before visitation... HOWEVER.. guess who was ordered to pay for those drug tests.. yup.. DH. Makes perfect sense doesn't it.

So.. we get stuck with all the bills and BM1 gets to do whatever the f*ck she wants to and pretty much visit with SD8 whenever its good for her. I hate this women.
