Contempt Court date set and Notice of Hearing going out today hopefully.....
Now it will get very interesting dealing with BM. Court date is 12 July for the Contempt Hearing against BM.
She has taking 7 of DH's court ordered visits, has not provided medical card information, has not provided doctor, school or activity information, has interfered with his court ordered daily telephone call on a regular basis since the last Court Date Sept 09.
She is in direct violation of the new court order stating for her to stop alienating DH and SD and in violation of the memorandum of agreement stating she would agree to stop doing it signed in court.
I wonder what the email, text or telephone call will be about now........ and what her excuse will be.
My thoughts she will play the victim role.

imagr8tma, I agree with you - these "psycho" BM's are ALWAYS the victim in one way or another, aren't they? By the way, I'm not talking about ALL BM's - as I wish I had some of the nicer BM's that are on this site.
Best of luck with your Contempt court hearing! Make sure to have AS MUCH DOCUMENTATION AS POSSIBLE prepared & ready for it. When in doubt, get it in written form (down to the date, time and minute with pictures or illustrations if at all possible - lol).
It's SO nice (and very refreshing) to see that not ALL DH's/BF's are "afraid" to enforce consequences for BM's bad actions. This happens every day all the time...the difference is, YOUR DH is actually DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT LEGALLY to enforce his rights as a father! Kudos to your DH!! Tell him we all said "keep up the good work"! I wish ALL BF's/DH's would put their foot down (legally of course) and stand up for themselves against these miserable BM's who alienate the kids from their father - that's just downright disgusting and inexcusable!! Who knows, maybe someday it'll actually be criminal & a BM can be sent to jail for it!! A girl can dream, right??
And do something EXTRA nice for your DH - he sounds like a good guy to me!! Keep us posted (or PM me) with her reaction - PRICELESS I bet!! His phone/email will probably be BLOWING UP from her soon.... MWAH HA HA HA HA!!!
