Well, this has been a stressful week for DH. BM is under what is called a contempt court order. Meaning she has to follow the court order or go to jail for 30 days. She took yet another visit - Thanksgiving and offered no other time, no reason, nothing. Just did not show up. This after already being found guilty of taking 9 visits before over the course of a year.

Haven't posted in a while and had decided to leave but I am back now. We finally went to court for the contempt case DH filed against BM back in March of 2010. (You can read back over the blogs to see how deranged and crazy BM really is.) Here is an update on the latest.....

:jawdrop: DH has been trying to get this contempt case heard for almost a year now. It was filed in April of 2019 - Of course now it is March. Court date is 10 March. We seriously have our fingers crossed that it will go forward this time. We need the case to be heard this time. BM is not going to even attempt to stop the foolishness and alienation unless it goes forward. (We hope she will stop all the craziness!!!!!!! But probably not!)

:jawdrop: Well here we go again. DH had to file a contempt case againt BM for continued alienation, denied visitation (7 visits) and other items BM is in contempt of. Original court date was in July - BM showed up without a lawyer and got a continuance to find one. Then court case was scheduled for September - BM's lawyer asked for more time - she did not get her until the Friday before the case. Case was continued until 8 Nov.
