Is BM invincible or just plain out CRAZY!!!!!!! U tell me??????
So.... DH filed a contempt case against BM for continued alienation and taking 7 of his court ordered visitations since Oct 2009. This is even after she was ordered in the new court order (Sept 2009) to stop alienating and was made to sign a memorandum of agreement to stop alienating DH and DH's family from SD. :jawdrop:
So after SD had been here three weeks and of course DH takes SD back as stated in the court order. SD knows she comes back in two weeks or 10 July to be more specific.
BM then calls and texts him that if DH wants to exercise his two weeks in July he will come back this Friday to get her. DH then tells her that he will follow the court order and that she needs to spend her "summer visitation" time with SD as well.
She then calls again and follows up with a text... that she has enrolled SD in a "MANDATORY" dance camp the last two weeks of July and if he wants his time - he better come and get her this Friday - and her father (BM's father) will be waiting there on Friday. Well again DH told her - he will be following the court order and Dance camp does not override his visitation.... plus they have had the court order outlining the dates for summer visits since Sept 2009.
BM has been on facebook telling everyone how she is going to Essence Festival and going on vacation and I am assuming she did not plan for SD to be with her at all. DH just had SD for 3 weeks and BM is a teacher and has been off for 2 of those weeks. She could have taken her personal vacation then..... Geez!
How do you get this close to court (2 weeks away basically) and pull this stunt. Telling him - He will not get his time unless he breaks the court order and that you scheduled a dance camp during his court ordered time......? WHAT?!?!?!
BM just absolutely refuses to follow the court order no matter what! I really think she is attempting to get DH to have SD outside of the court order so that she can call the police and attempt to have him look bad in court! I am just amazed that she feels this comfortable to text that type crap and pull this close to going to court on contempt against her.
GEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess the madness will never stop for her. :?

I have a simular situation
I have a simular situation the only time DBFs ex-wife follows the court order is when it benefits her. She goes to court and lies and get away with it and I believes she think she's untouchable. I don't get it. But good for your man for sticking to his guns. Follow the court order!

Right back in front of the same judge dorothy......... We are hoping and praying that since the last court case when the judge added the alienation clause and the memorandum of agreement - and BM has still acted an ass...... that something will be done.
