Handed BM her ass #2....the aftermath
Much to my surprise BM didn't react the way that I thought she would at all. No complaints about feeling disrespected which I anticipated and nothing about how I'd overstepped my boundaries as many on here had suggested. She actually didn't say anything at all until later that night when she sent DH a text and asked if we knew that she wanted SD6 in this specific summer school program, why didn't we enroll her? I was completely floored by this since BM lied to us for MONTHS about SD6 having been enrolled!

Calmly handed BM her ass last night, no insults, just facts.....and she was PISSED! Hahaha.
BM's response to EVERYTHING is "I'm a good mother and I always put my kids first." All of the concerns and issues we bring up are "just to hurt her" or "a matter of opinion" or "part of her personal life and none of our business." Animals that eat their young have more maternal instincts than this hag does and since we're going back to court, I've been gathering as much evidence as I can. We had SD6 on what was supposed to be BM's weekend and she showed up around 6:30p.m.
Got our court date.....3 MONTHS from now. :-(
Months of gathering evidence, medical records, emails from SD6's teacher, psychologist records, proof that she's not signed up for summer school to go with BM's texts which show she claimed SD6 was signed up and we're not goint in front of a judge until mid SEPTEMBER. I feel like it was such a waste of time and that we're essentially worse off than before because all this will do is piss off BM who will withhold visitation.

SD6 was so tired she had to sleep at school!
BM sees nothing wrong with the fact that she drags SD6 out of bed at 5 a.m. and forces her to spend two to three hours at the daycare before school. In spite of the extra early wake up time, the hag put a TV in SD6's room because TV is easier than being a mother and God forbid she read her a bedtime story and tucking her in at night. The poor kiddo was so tired at school that her teacher had to let her take a nap instead of doing her classwork.

GPS tracking SD6 while she's supposed to be with BM
As soon as I'm done blogging, I'm off to the courthouse to file the long anticipated Change of Placement Motion. We've hesitated, reconsidered, rephrased and finally, it's good to go. Of course once BM gets served with a copy of it, she'll go back to refusing to let us have SD6 other than on court ordered days. Per the court order we get her 6 nights a month, we had her 18 nights in May because BM doesn't want to be a mom, but she doesn't want to let DH have placement either.

"I've lost track of what's yours" (A rant about BM swiping SD6's nice clothes)
Today is our day to pick SD6 up from school, so BM texts DH saying she's wearing our skirt but she's not sure if the shirt is ours or not; she's lost track. After claiming she only had a pair of our Capri's, I sent her a text (from DH's phone of course) on Friday listing the clothing and shoes she has that belong to us and asked her to send them back as well as making sure SD6 goes to school in our clothes on our days. We're not talking one or two things here, either, we send SD6 to school looking nice, in clean name brand clothes and clean shoes.
A happy, respectful SD6 left our house last Wed & a spoiled brat that looked alot like her came back a week later
So we talked to the CPS man who explained that SS14 was on the verge of being suspended for the second day in a row during his medication changes which is why he told the principal 'you can't suspend me, my dad will beat me'. We were lucky enough to get a decent dude who was able to put two and two together so Wednesday's interview at our house was just protocol; case closed. We told him our concerns about SD6 but just as you ladies said, there isn't anything they can really do about it so that was as far as that went.
HELLO CPS.......
About a month ago SS14 was bitching to a teacher about how his dad whooped him. This was during this change of meds stage and the investigator took it for what it was after talking to BS13 and SD12. With all of the problems that we've been having with BM#2 regarding SD6, we've been contemplating contacting CPS over that situation. Well last night we get a voicemail from the CPS investigator saying he just wanted to stop by and close out the case. I guess we sort of saw it as a sign because we decided to tell him our concerns about SD6 and the lack of proper care at BMs.

'Kids don't have feelings; they are obviously just weapons to hurt your ex'-The BM Motto
We had SD6 18 days and 14 nights in April. The CO says 8 days 6 nights We even had her for the first 6 days and 5 nights in May and as soon as DH mentioned changing placement to make this more permanent, at least for the summer, out came the lies. "She's already signed up for summer school, she's in a bunch of extra curricular programs, I am a good mother." Never mind the letter I have from the district that says she isn't, or the fact that she hasn't signed her up because she insists on having her in the daycare where she works and they don't bus to summer school.
I feel like an unemployed single mother with way more kids than I hatched.
Had to pick SD12 up from school last week because she walked out of class in hopes of impressing one of her classmates. Got another call from her teacher today complaining about her attitude, refusing to do her classwork and being all around disrespectful. We've taken everything from her dresses and jewelry to her freedom and all privileges which obviously made no damn difference since her teacher has stated her behavior is even worse than before. The kicker is she's not a bad kid!
