So today was the last day for Mrs. Timberlake to respond to the writ of summons. Nary a peep from her so they are just going to go ahead and set a court date. I think the plan is to ask that she gets him ever other weekend. Right now they do every other week. FDH took FSS to the dentist on Thursday. He has a cavity. He is six! Apparently he told the hygenist and the dentist that he doesn't "always" brush his teeth at BM's house. *le sigh*

He is almost six and cannot entertain himself. He got home at 4:30 tonight. FDH needed to finish up some paperwork. I got him set up with a matchbox car racetrack and came down to do dinner/read. He was playing, but when I went up to take out my contacts around 5:30 he was lying in bed sobbing. When I asked why he said what he always says "I don't want to be alone." I explained to him that we were right downstairs and both doing some stuff and couldn't play that second. He said " but you never do anything with me." (Not true by the way.

I got sent home bc I was sick. Today was lawyer day. It has been agonizing waiting to hear from FDH. So much for losing myself in my work, right?

BM has FSS this wk and has text twice today saying she is moving to another part of the country. Their custody order spells nothing out. Just say "joint legal and physical custody". They do every other week, but we usually have him more than that. There is nothing on record saying every other week, just a verbal agreement between them. What happens if she leave the state with FSS? I know he could file something with the courts, but he would need to find her first. It would be considered kidnapping would it?
