I just read this article and thought I'd share with you. I have heard a few here talk about their skids harming their pets. I do believe that people who harm animals are capable of harming anyone...it seems that others do too.

I read this article today and since it has been discussed here, I thought I'd share.

Basically, even if you have an SKID in your medical plan, after the age of majority, of course, unless mandated by the crazy CSE office, you have no obligation to pay for his out of pocket medical costs, etc..you are not liable for his unpaid medical bills.

It makes me SICK TO MY STOMACH that now the whole "autism" thing is coming to light. Of course, the kid might have autism, but it has NOTHING to do with this. On the other hand, his parents WERE DIVORCED, his MOTHER had 3 freaking guns in HER HOUSE (with a mentally disabled child) and the ahole didn't kill the father...nope, just the mother. So I hope the freaking news doesn't start saying this is an autism thing, when it actually seems to be related to a shitty mother and divorced parents.

OT DH's last days...sorry just need to vent!

So my DH being the professional that he is, has continued to work as if nothing happened. Yesterday a friend from his last job called him to ask him what he thought as the freaking owner of the company called him to offer him DH's job! DH being professional told him he was happy for him and he would help him with the transition. HOWEVER, he later found out that they split his job in three! Yes, they instead hired 3 people to do DH's job and are paying each 1/3 of what they paid DH.

OT-update on DH lost his job...last two days

The idiot owner at his company sent out a memo yesterday making it seem as if my DH wanted to leave. His employees allcame to his office to see him and asked him to go out with them to smoke and talk. They were upset he was leaving, but thought it was his choice. When he told them not to worry, to continue doing as he taught them, that he was already looking for other jobs, they were a bit shocked to find out it wasn't his decision.

OT sigh DH lost his job and I am still not permanent

SOB! Trying to remain calm...DH just lost his job and I am still not permanent at my job...sigh. DH is distraught, my mother is visiting so we have to act as if all is ok and my temp job that should have been permanent by now is still in limbo! The only thing I am grateful for is that CS is no longer due...sigh It seems we bust our ass and those who sit on theirs get the benefits. So freaking tired...Just need to vent because I have nobody to vent without my parents finding out and going apeshit on us! Sigh
