BM has offically lost it. Normally we get the youngest every tues, thurs, sat, sun and overnight alternating sat, and holidays. She said she had places to go for the holidays and asked that we switch our thurs for wed. We agreed and asked that we could have a little extra time fri since she was taking him everywhere on thurs but she wouldnt budge. So we told her we wanted thurs then and she refuses. She says that she has places on fri too but how can she expect us to give her time to see everyone when she wont show us the same courtesy. Since we refused to give her thurs she now claims his bedtime is 8 instead of the normal 9 which means instead of having him 3-9 on fri we get 3-8. Our lawyer advised us to tell her we get thurs and fri from 2-8 if his bedtime is now 8. She argued for hours about it saying good luck finding her and she wouldnt be around. This is the type of stuff we just filied contempt for. She is always moving w/o telling us until we have been sitting to pick him up for an hour and her not answering her phone. She is constantly doing things that run into our time, sending him to us w/o being fed, in dirty diapers and the clothes that he was wearing the last time we picked him up. Never gives us a diaper bag or sippy cup, although we never used it anyways. She gave him a bottle until we got him use to the sippy and he asked for it only like a month ago. He is 16 mo old and doesnt need a bottle. She still has him sleeping in her bed w/ her so i know he doesnt go to bed at 8. Plus he isnt tired at that point at our house. I think its Bullshit that she is trying to do this. I cant wait for the hearing so the judge can hear what a horrible mother she is. We have all emails and texts from her to show her true character. Not to mention the other BM who went through all of this before and friends of hers that cant stand her anymore. Hopefully the judge can see her true colors.

Me and the BF are going to Alabama after we drop of SS to see his Dad. We will miss the weekend and 1 day w/ SS and we asked to take SS w/ us. She said no cause she found out we were filing contempt but now she is saying if we dont give her our day on Thurs then we have to take him on the days we will be in Alabama. I really cant stand this woman. Luckily this time the BF is standing up to her and wont back down on us getting him Thurs. She is getting so angry. She apoligized to him about what she said to me about my baby but yet she wont apologize to me...wtf
