One of my In Real Life friends is going through child custody hell. He is fighting to get time with his adorable daughter, and FINALLY has her every other weekend and a few days here and there. Hes a pretty mellow dude, and yet his ex partner is trying to limit his time by throwing unfounded accusations. The courts are finally siding with him!

So he posted this story, and BOY did I unleash a string of pointed comments. I know that he is ALSO FB friends with our particular BM, Toxic Troll, and I have her blocked so she wont see MY commentary, but will see others commentary. ANd i am just glad that she is seeing this - I hope he posts more like it!!!

In a lot of countries this pas is not recognised. Even if its clearly noticeable during divorce proceedings, in/out of court the nasty battle of 1 bio parent over the other at detriment of the kids, nothing is really done to address these issues by the courts. 

Its get the case settled and out of court as quickly as possible. So you have plenty of dads at the short end traumatised and defeated by the divorce because hcgubm narcissistic got the kids by default and then daddy parents out of guilt a la disney dad...  everything is just messed up before stepparent comes imto the mix

Mothers are the reporters. Glad the Judge got this one right!! Thousands and Thousands of dads are in the very same boat.
