So for those of you that read my blog http://www.steptalk.org/node/65258, you know that Nasty is at it again with threatening to take custody of SS9 & SD8.

Normally, SO jumps to and responds to her threats quickly. The phone call happened on Friday & I am guessing that the fact that he has not responded with our “Plan” made her uneasy…plus knowing that he was wanting everything in writing.

SO just got this email from BM…I thought I’d share…

And now…

Nasty claimed she talked to a lawyer about the tax issue. This lawyer told her that she has the right to claim the Skids on taxes every other year & unless SO allows her to do this, she will take him to court and tell the courts that

This post is a background post…to be followed by one with the current situation. On the second post, I will be seeking any information/advice from my fellow STalkers…this one is me, explaining to you what Nasty has pulled (& gotten away with) in the past. I am DONE with this woman & her money grubbing antics...she (& SO because he’s caved so much) have caused massive amounts of drama in my home & in my life.

SS9 texted Nasty yesterday asking if they could Skype…so the resident Skids FINALLY got face time with BM after over 2 months of next to nothing aside from empty promises.

So after the craziness that was my hellacious week last week all caused by BM Nasty’s flakiness (blogged about http://www.steptalk.org/node/63884), she…wait for it…FORGOT!

The Skids told her that we were busy on Friday & Saturday…that Sunday (anytime) would be the only time that they could Skype this weekend. Well…Sunday rolls around & nothing, zip, zilch, nada!

I’ve blogged before about SS9 & his turd-like behavior towards me since September. Things haven’t changed on that front & I still blame his BM (Nasty) for the way he is acting. SD8 on the other hand has been, for the most part, a decent child to have around. There have been minor attitude outbreaks but I’m sure that that is normal (considering both her age & her genetics).
