I'm off to probate court tomorrow to have a judge issue a court order about my rights as trustee, which they ignore all the time. As fate would have it, my SD sent a nasty email to me via my attorney yesterday saying that I couldn't do anything on the property without her permission. These words are exactly what are needed to convince the court that I am being bullied and need a court order. I hate the thought of seeing them, especially knowing what they tell my grandchildren about me. A couple of friends will be there for support. I'll need all the positive vibes people are willing to send. Haven't been able to eat in three days...

One thing to your advantage: She dug her own hole via your attorney. Not only crazy but not too bright either. Good luck to you.

Wow, good luck...this is always a fear for me...I hope you get everything settled quickly and these evil people stay out of your life.

PS - I just saw your bio, couldn't find anything else that you wrote...hmmm

Hi Lucy, hope everything went ok. Been thinking of you. My SD has been asking DH to redo his will to include her before I go because "she" doesn't trust me anymore to share fairly if I should be in control someday. I am learning and watching your story and it is a very scary situation to be in for sure. I hope I am never put in that terrible position. Take care.
