If we get married can his ex come after me for my own money when we file our taxes

I make more money than my man by a lot. How do I protect myself from his ex coming after my personal money and house?

Also, does this mean we should file seperately so she doesn't know? Please help!

If the child support order is not in a community property state she can not take your house or money if he falls behind. If you live in a community property state sign a prenup before you get married. If you live in a community property state and you buy things later in your marriage you need to put them in someone else's name, because any money or property that you gain while you are married she can come after in a community property state.
