I "Just Need Help"

My husband has 2 daughters one is 7 and the other is 22.
He and I have a 2 year old son together.

The 7 year old lives with us 50% of the time. She comes every other week for the entire week.
when school is in session, she comes to our house for 2 hours in the morning and then 2.5 hours in the evening after school every day. She is here pretty much most of the time.

A few months ago, while I was away, she had a friend spend the night. An 8 year old girl.
She attempted to touch and examine this little girl inappropriately. the girl immediately told her father.

My step daughter was disciplined by her mother "talking to her". I told my husband to take to to get checked out physically and emotionally. He left this task to her mother. Neither she nor he did anything else to help the child. I observed her masturbating and told him. He supposedly spoke to he rpedi about this who supposedly said it was normal....

Now on to this past Sauturday. My 2 year old son and the 7 year old were in her bedroom with the door open. I was down the hall in my room with my door open. (I have to tell you that i had been keeping an eye on her because I feared she may try something with him- as in the astshe has physicall hurt him on purpose)

So, I hear the following "Oooooh your so strong... I want you to lay with me... ooohhh"
i was like WTF.... I ran int her room to observe this 7 year old wiht my 2 year old son's legs between hers and her humping on him! I was mortified!

Her father had just gone to the store so as soon as he came back I told him. He disciplined her verbally then had her call her mom to tell her mother what she did. she lied at first abd then told the truth... her mom yelled at her and told her she was "grounded" ahh ok! She does not do anything with her anyway.

I wanted to find out where she got this from and who taught her... her mom tried blaming the first little girl! Wow! That little girl told! If she was the agressor, she would not have told any adult.

So.... after musch question, I got out of my step daughter that she has done "it" with My son, the 8 year old, 3 kids at camp and a neighbor girl at her mom's house. She also confessed that she showed ALL of them! WOW! She also stated that she saw her mom and her latest boyfriend doing "it". WOW!

My question- besides just venting is.... what the hell do I do? I do not want my son around her. She really needs help! I am waiting to hear tha ther mother actually made an appointment foer her to get examined mentally and physically TODAY!

I am seriously thinking of leaving to protect my son!

Please tell me your thoguhts and or advice.
