for about the past year my husband and i have been waiting on the judges deliberation on our joint legal custody to his son. the BM to my SS has been horrible to my husband and i in regaurds to yelling and screaming infront of my SS during pickups and dropoffs. She has also been in contempt several times for not allowing my husband to have his son at the specified time he was supposed to have him. we are still waiting for the judges decision to come and once again she did not allow my husband to have his sone today. should i file a contempt citation again or should i just wait to see what the judge orders on our current issues?? also, we found out that because she was married this summer that medicaid dropped my SS and he is now not currently insured. my husband can not add him to his policy unless it is a court order now and because he has a few bad health issues he is on several medications and she is not providing my SS with the medications that he needs. my husband has helped a few times but we cannt afford to keep paying for everything and pay support to her?? suggestions please???
