OT - Can someone explain to me how to do weight watchers
So in order to lose my "fluff" as I've taken to calling it, I gots me a fitbit and I joined weight watchers. I had my first meeting today. I downloaded the app and went on the computer to look at the website. FRUSTRATED is all I can say!! I linked my fitbit to it, I added what I ate today but no where did I see a list of foods that are free or don't count. Also, if i make lasagna for dinner tonight how can I add that? I had tuna, mayo, lettuce and pickle for lunch and had to enter each in individually. DO I just add things individually? The lady who "explained" things to me after the meeting acted like she was being graded on enthusiasm and not content. I get the points aspect but how to I calculate food and is there a calculator some where?

That would have helped had I
That would have helped had I not just spent $75 joining weight watchers. Dr called and said I am pre diabetic so I need to do something!!
I do weight watchers and I
I do weight watchers and I think it's simple! I love it!
All fruit and veggies are free foods
Just go to the search bar and type in a food to see how many points it is.
If you have the app on your phone, there is also a bar code scanner that you just scan the food and it will tell you how many points it is.
I love the recipe builder. Just take your recipe, plug the ingredients into the builder and it will calculate how many points each serving is. They also have a lot of great low point recipes on the website as well.
I don't do the meetings or buy their food or any of that, I just strictly use it for the food and fitness point tracking.
