YSS is so unwell.

DH's brother just called to say that his daughter was really worried by some of the posts YSS was putting on FB. I haven't seen the details but they are full of suicidal ideation. He's also been sending DH weird texts.

He's coming down off the epilepsy medication but as the drugs are wearing off he is becoming more despondent. (He is one of the less than 4% who experience extreme side effects)

DH has just left our place to go to YSS flat. DH is so stressed. YSS has so many prescription drugs because of his epilepsy that there is a real danger of him harming himself.

Today is probably going to end with police and mental health interventions.

As much as YSS drives me nuts on occasion and I don't want to live with him he has his great points; he is generous to a fault, he can show real empathy, he has the gift of the gab and he is great at making connections. He believes that the epilepsy is ruining his life and this is true at the moment. But YSS doesn't take his meds as directed by the doctor which doesn't help.

I'll be waiting at home for an update and just try to support DH as much as I can.
