Sooo I have ventured online for the answer, SO does not have a copy of his CO from 15 years ago(he lost it in a move)...but apparently SO from a legal standpoint unless stipulated in the divorce, he does not need to provide BM with his address.

His kids are 14 & 15, BM is saying that if she doesnt know the address, then SO doesnt get to see the kids.

I get it to a point as to why she should know, she had no problem beforehand, didnt even want to drive them ANYWHERE...it was always US doing pick ups and drop offs. She has access to their phones, these are teenagers not little children.

Just before christmas, her and SO got into a fight at McDonalds publicly(in front of us, their kids, my kid and anyone else in the restaraunt)BM started it-after SS delibertely forgot his IPOD and was demanding that we go get it, SO said "No"...BM demanded we get it and started saying..."But hes your son" and blah blah-other rhetoric that was idiotic.

Anyways-now BM is saying no address, no kids, I know this is illegal, you cannot hold visitation(even if you dont pay CS-which SO does).
