BM emails our lawyer
I've been meaning to post this forever, but I keep forgetting till now. Our BM emails - forwards - CC's – her ex's attorney (my fiancé’s)!
What world would you do that on, and find it acceptable? Apparently our BM thinks she's so competent, so righteous she is allowed, and thinks it's a good idea. She's been doing this since after Christmas visitation. Are you sitting around, and thinking, “gee I think I’ll save the ol’ ex some trouble, and just send it to his attorney first, you know since I’m sending out the email anyways?????”
Is this giving her some sort of control or satisfaction? Why would you email a lawyer that wasn't your attorney? So anytime she has something to say to her ex she emails him, her attorney’s and HIS! So this is the caliber of woman we are dealing with! His lawyer asked him during the last face to face meeting a couple of weeks ago reguarding the emails because she had noticed them too, she was baffled also.

That would be my concern as
That would be my concern as well, being charged for her sending them. Attorney's normally charge a fee for any email correspondence regarding a case. If the attorney knows she is doing this without your consent and is not going to send you a bill in the mail, then I agree, let her keep making an ass out of herself.
I agree with the others. As
I agree with the others. As long as it isn't costing you anything, give her every opportunity to say something stupid. She may well dig herself into a hole & give your lawyer something to use against her.
Yeah, we haven't said
Yeah, we haven't said anything to her, SO does not communicate with her unless he absolutely has to! She has a knack of not keeping up with her lies. So whatever, let her screw herself as always. I wish our lawyer would bill her for those emails LOL! That would be GREAT!
Hopefully, he isn't charging
Hopefully, he isn't charging your SO for all of BM's actions.
no the lawyer is not charging
no the lawyer is not charging SO! Though that sounds like something she would do on purpose thinking that by her emailing the lawyer SO would be charged, she's just so nasty like that.
