DH's surgery behind us

Made it through DH's surgery yesterday. He had a neck/shoulder lymph node mass removed. It's going to get biopsied and then we'll proceed from there.

As soon as we got home yesterday I started having chest pain and by evening was having body aches and a nasty painful cough. I have today and possibly tomorrow off work.

DH is resting and doing fine on his heavy pain meds. I'm tempted to take one Sad

I am glad you have that part behind you. Praying that the test results come back negative.

Well, one stressful thing out of the way... don't forget to take care of yourself in the mean time. Go to the Dr please.

They have a medication you can take if you get to the doc within the first couple of days of having flu symptoms...
