Omfg the drama - how to even untangle this mess pt 2
So DH messaged FIL screenshots of a couple of the messages I mentioned in my last blog. Namely, one of SIL trashing me to SD and saying I'm a bully, and then the one of SD swearing at BM because she wanted candy. And the message where SD said she needed to go tell MIL the news after she finished gossiping with SIL about me. DH also included that I had done nothing wrong to SD and that we don't tolerate that kind of behavior from SD so she doesn't want to come here.
FIL took awhile to respond after he read the message and finally just said "wow, I never thought SD would talk to anyone like that, let alone her mother. What are your plans for dealing with it?"
Nothing to say at all about the rest of it...of course. And how are we supposed to deal with her poor behavior if anything other than letting her be a little dictator results in her refusing to come over/getting picked up from our house/people telling her that I'm a bully?

You know FIL shows MIL before
You know FIL shows MIL before he responds back to you guys.. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a group message with MIL, SIL, and BM with those screen shots in them already...
They probably all came up with your FIL's response back hence why only the part of SD being an a**hole to BM was brought up.
I would have responded with: "unfortunately dad I can't parent my daughter because my sister and ex wife will make false accusations against me while my mother takes their side... So much for family." BUH BYE!
DH thinks it was the opposite
DH thinks it was the opposite - that his dad didn't want to talk to his mom and sister about their behavior so he just ignored the part involving them.
If only he would say bye to them, but he was taught to be a doormat and have no self respect so he probably never will.

Oh trust me he's sharing with MIL who then in turn is sharing with SIL. I used to tell my dad stuff my mom did to me and he would "side" with me, then suddenly I would have the wrath of my mother upon me. I quickly realized he would tell my mother everything because he did it out of self preservation. These men have no loyalty to anybody because they are weak and would rarger go with the follow than face their toxic wives.
