I am leaving my wife!!!!!!!!

.......... at least for a month or two!!!!!!! I got a promotion and a transfer to the regional HQ office. My wife is a CPA and it is tax season so she cannot move until after April 15th and our Son is a Sr in HS and graduates the last WE in May so the movers will pack us up in June.

I start the new job on April 1 so I will once again be a full time road warrior for few months. Once we relo then I will be traveling domestically and internationally about 25% of the time which means any where from 1-2 days each week to 1-2wks out of 6wks depending on destination.

This is the only situation I can possibly imagine where leaving my incredible wife could be construed as a good thing.

We have been living in the Mid Atlantic region for 5yrs. We have lived in SE PA, central DE and I have worked in South Jersey (NJ). Moving to the East Coast was a great thing for our family since at the time I was traveling 100% of the time and was seeing my wife and son only one weekend out of every 6mos.

Now we are heading to Houston TX. Back to God's country and the home of REAL barbeque. Yummmmmmm!

Did you know that God really is a Longhorn? Hook'Em Horns! If God did not go to UT how come God made both the sunrise and sunset Burnt Orange? (Sorry to any Aggies out there but facts are facts).

On to the next Rags family adventure.

Where in WV? I worked out of Beckley for most of 2002 on a risk managment consulting project with State Farm. There were several large hail storms and floods so they needed help with their field/catastrophe claims offices.

WV is a beautiful state.

My wife looked out of our front window yesterday evening as the remnants of our once 9ft tall snow pile and commented that she probably won't see snow for a while. I have to say I will not miss shoveling.
