Ungrateful brat ss19
I got a hold of DH's phone yesterday. I never look at his phone unless I am feeling something. So I read from ss19 a couple texts that DH only responded with "you are being a brat and I am not responding", which is making me happy but I am still upset about his texts. Basically in a nut shell he blames me and my kids for everything that's going wrong for him, ie, he is homeless again and living in his vehicle which his mom gave him. So she is the saint in his eyes and we are the bad guys, but it's not dh who is bad in his eyes, it's me b/c he says DH does everything I say and I am running the house and controlling everything. I am letting bs18 live here, waaaa, but he can't live with us. He forgets he got to live with us 3 times during his 18-19 years including his prego gf. He;s forgetting he is where he is by making bad choices. BS18 is home from college now after having gotten his certificate in welding and is now applying for jobs and has plans to live with his best friend and not burden us long. While he's here he's been helping DH with yard work and cooking and doing dishes for me and cleaning. Ss19 never did anything while living with us. Anyhow, I am just angry b/c suddenly BM and DH are his heros and I am the target of all his anger even though I have done more and put more money into the kid then either of his parents for 2 years of his life. It makes me want to tear his little ungrateful face off.

At least your DH told him he
At least your DH told him he was being a brat.
He always whines about being
He always whines about being the victim of his parent's divorce. I cannot tell you how many times that kid cried about how he wishes his family was still in tact, bla bla. He reminds me of Brandon on Survivor last Season. Remember how he acted, like a victim, wanting to set his own course, crying, throwing out everyone's rice and finally the "showdown" before he finally got kicked off? EXACTLY like how my ss19 acts, only ss is 350 lbs and has lots of brute force. The only person who used to keep him in check was DH, until DH got cancer. When DH was taking chemo ss19 would stop by for something, stand above his dad's as he was laying on the couch, make his demands, DH would not respond or would be running to the toilet, ss19 would whine at him and finally leave slamming the door. I finally started not letting him in if I was home and when I left to go to work would lock DH into the house, the other kids had keys. It's different now b/c we live further out and unless dh gives him gas money to come out here he usually doesn't come.
