So since SS10 got sent back to BM because the courts feel that FDH and BM should just go back to the original divorce agreement for parenting and custody, things have been pretty quiet. SS7 now 8 is still in the behavioral facility. The social worker there and therapist have stated that he's doing well but still continues to have trouble when BM visits. There is a meeting about his progress next week then court to decide legally if he comes out of the facility and dfcs custody and two whom. Naturally the court date in early April to decide custody of SS10 and possibly SS8 was postponed because the GAL was unavailable so its now pushed to Mid May. FDH and attorney are trying to get that stupid battery charge dropped since the TPO was dropped for lack of evidence, and hopefully that will be done by May's court date.

BM is starting her shit. She is required to have SS10 in weekly therapy, and of course selected a therapist for SS10 that would not meet with FDH when he saw SS8 because he felt he didn't need to since he was involved as an advocate to get SS8 and BM getting along and make the situation at her house better only. Mind you, FDH again has final say on medical per the original custody agreement that court said is in place until the hearing. Its a damn mess as usual. She's also pissed that the court is holding onto the child support for Jan and Feb while the boys were both in state custody. Normally part of that goes directly to her mortgage company and the difference to her. He's not in arrears but I guess because she's too sorry to get a job and try and do something for herself. So now she sends FDH a nasty text demanding LOL that he contact his attorney to contact hers for the information about what's going on because she's gotten a foreclosure notice. Of course its because she doesn't pay her attorney so he doesn't do anything for her and she wants FDH to do it. He's done what he's supposed to and she still is a nightmare to deal with...
