Here is the deal. I get married to a woman with two kids. We move out of state for my job. My wife has an official divorce from her ex with court ordered child support. The wife reports to me that the ex NEVER paid child support. Wife CONSTANTLY told me that ex NEVER paid. Her ex is an attorney with a busy practice. Wife alleges that ex did NOT pay because he believes that she (my wife) cheated on him. Wife sells me a bill of goods...and purports a lack of support from the ex. Her oldest son has learning disability...her daughter is normal intelligence.
