well i guess i finally got good news today when it comes to my ss BM. After the episode last night with her i called our attorney this morning! The exact words that came out of his mouth were "to hell with her" yea i was shocked to! since she signed primary custody over to us she is screwed. The custody papers say nothing about her having specific days and times on visits and that visits must be agreed on by both parties. well since we don't agree she has to file a motion with the court and get it on paper when and where she is allowed to have him! so until she decides to get off her lazy behind and find herself a lawyer and go to court we don't have to let her have him! Oh my God i am so happy i can barely contain myself. Although i still want to beat the daylights out of her for cussing me for a bitch and a whore(which both i am very far from). she just hates the fact that i am raising her son and her baby's daddy is my husband. Besides that I have been with my husband for 2 years. within those 2 years she has been with more guys than i can count! Think i am gonna talk to my attorney tomorrow and tell him my intentions with her and see if it could have any effect on my husbands custody.Hope not because i seriously need to release some of this anger i have toward her. And i have tried talking to her but i swear she is the biggest coward i have ever met. Every time she gets herself into something she thinks is a little hot and heavy she either puts her mom on the phone or her boy toy of the month.
