Hey everyone! Hope everyone is well in the new year! I took a mini mental break and I'm doing better now. The death of our dog really took an emotional toll on me (and everyone else especially SO and SS16) so had to take a step back. I was crying for days.  I was impressed with SD and how well she took it and SS17 was upset but seemed to get over quicker. 
 

In other news it's been an interesting week and half. We put our dog down on the 26th, SOs bday was the 27th so that was depressing... on the 29th he didn't feel good so he scheduled himself a rapid test.. and yep he came back positive. So, BAM... everyone is home in quarantine. I was already scheduled off the 27th -30th as I was using the last of my vacation days. 
 

We all got tested on the 31st (got our results on the 3rd... Everyone negative (except SO he was still positive) SOs parents and  brother that live next door got tested.. negative. Another one of his brothers and nephew got tested because they came to see our dog before she got put down got tested.. negative. SOs symptoms only lasted for the day but, he did lose his sense of taste and smell on the 31st which is almost back now. We all still feel fine so that's good. No idea where he got it. We don't do anything besides go to work so I'm thinking possible the vet but who knows. Everyone is good so that's all that counts. 
 

Everyone goes back to work this week.. expect me I have to be out 14 days but, I get paid so it is what it is. 
 

SS17 has been a total a**hole the last few days so I'm glad he is going back to work soon so he is out of the house. 
 

SO has been in a mini depressed mode which seems to be disappearing.. which I get but, it's also frustrating at times. He is not tech savvy at all so trying to help him with sending things to work to get paid etc was equally frustrating. I was like just let me do everything for you haha. 
 

That's all that's been really been going on here.. very boring. 
 

I did however, get some beer from my fav brewery yesterday. Guy I work with dropped some off so I have that going for me!  LOL.
