SD 20 could mess up a one car funeral !

Sooooo this past weekend was GSD’s 8th birthday and we outdid ourselves and probably screwed ourselves for several birthdays to come.  Her “friends” party was held at a roller skating rink, her Maternal Grandfather and his lady friend came from 10 hr car ride away, my father came from about the same distance and my sister and her daughter of the same age came from a few hours away, a lot of GSD centered attention that will have to be squashed over the next few days (maybe weeks).

I haven’t written an actual blog in a while mainly because I don’t have a lot to say, I know for the most part the comments I will get to my situation at hand and there have been a lot of Harpies and Trolls as of late and really don’t need their unwanted two cents.

However in the spirit of community here I go, this is simply a state of the family blog, not really looking for advice, might be some venting, any Harpies, Trolls or just unnecessarily mean comments are not wanted.

Yesterday was a epically bad day. The night before I didn’t sleep well at all, so woke up tired to begin with. Headed off to work got about 5 miles down the road and my truck decided it didn’t want to be a truck anymore just an ugly oversized paperweight. Called boss to inform her I would be late, called roadside assistance and then called DW.

DW attempted to wake SD19 to watch GSS while she came and took me to rest of the way to work. SD19 wouldn’t wake up so DW packed up GSS in his car seat and came to get me. Tow truck took truck back to my house where it still sits today.

Not feeling the Christmas Spirit much this year, so in the sprit of “Die with a stake of Holly through the heart and Boiled in their own pudding”………………

What’s your favorite Non Traditional Christmas Songs and or Movies?

Songs such as, “Father Christmas” by The Kinks or “I’ll be hating you for Christmas” by Everclear

Movies like, Bad Snata, Silent Night Deadly Night, etc.

Ok so, both SD’s do not have IQ’s that are low enough for them to get a monthly check for crayons or such but also their IQ’s are high enough for them to have the self awareness of how down right dumb they really are. I don’t have Bio’s to compare ( so no Bio colored glasses ) but I’m not even sure how they passed high school, which was barely. Big shocker they are also lazy and uninspired to do any better with themselves, despite what they say to DW from time to time. I am getting to a point here, taking the scenic route.

Apparently I'm psychic, my bad mood was a precursor to a world of crap coming my way. SD24's babydaddy beat the crap out of her night before last and now she is at our house and according to the state she is not supposed to be, worse yet DW said she called the DSS worker about our case yesterday to inform her of what happened and what she we do, but I checked her call log last night because I didn't trust her and she never called. I haven't confronted her but have been badgering her about it today, even asked for the case workers number and she not giving up or in.
