Tomorrow is the Gyno appointment

So, tomorrow SD and I have her gyno appointment for the BC. I told her I will stay with her if she wants or not, whatever she wants. We also spoke and agreed she is going to get the shots since she knows she isn't responsible enough to remember. I am proud of her that she realizes this. DH doesn't want to go to appointment nor do I think he should, I think SD would be embarrassed. I am glad that we will be able to do this together. She didn't tell her BM, and both DH and I told her she doesn't have too, that troll makes SD crazy.

Your arm. But I'm assuming she's a child, and I think trying the shot first just to "test the waters" first. The pill and other forms of bc are different. Shot, and implanon are only progesterone and can effect your system. Try the shot first so it isn't such a big leap all at once into the bc pool. You of course can have implanon removed but yeah, I'd talk to her doctor. Although I'm sure you already were going to. Good luck, and congrats on everyone being on the same page!!

Getting implanon early next month... no way I will throw a child into this mix at the moment... I am pretty excited I will not have to remember to take my pill every day, BUT scared because I had the Mirena IUD, and it messed up EVERYTHING, and put me in a really dark depressed place, so I am worried that will happen again. But if it does, I will get it removed. Glad to read that you ladies had a good experience with it, it makes me feel better.
