Picking a fight?
So my BS11 got out of school early today, so I had made plans for him to go home with a friend. BS11 usually walks home and is there for a little while, maybe 45 minutes before boyfriend gets home. However, since school got out early he was asked to go to a friends house so I agreed. These plans were made over the weekend, so I made sure I told boyfriend on Sunday and then reminded him again last night before we went to bed. However this afternoon he calls me at work and starts getting angry because I didnt call him during the day to day and remind him (a third time) that BS11 was not going to be there when he got home. Now keep in mind that boyfriend was not home yet, he was sitting at SS20's workplace waiting for him to get off work. Now SS20 drove to work and boyfriend was waiting to follow him home, I didnt even bother asking why he need to follow SS20 home. Anyway, boyfriend continues to yell at me, asking me are you so busy at work that you cant take 5 minutes to call and remind me. Now isnt that what I did last night?!? I started to think maybe he is trying to start a fight. But why? I feel like even when I try to do everything he still looks at what wasnt done. Boyfriend has been so "bit**y" lately that it is beginning to irrate me. Its constantly about what I didnt do or forgot to do, like forgetting to grab dirty clothes off the bedroom floor that should be put in the hamper. I just feel like no matter how hard I work around the house he just always finds fault in everything. I tell him he is such a negative person, but he insists hes not that I'm just too sensitive. I just wish I could do something and actually get a "Thank you" not a well yeah you did this or that but forgot to do the other.

I hope
they aren't his clothes you are picking up off the floor. I wouldn't have even sat there and argued with him. After I told him that I reminded him twice that would be enough. CLICK. It does sound like he is trying to pick a fight with you. Tell him to quit critizing you, you are not sensitive but after a while of hearing the same shit over and over of course you are going to defend your self. WHAT AN ASS! Also ask him why do you never get a thank you for anything that you do? Maybe you should just do your own laundry and your own dishes and let him pick up after himself - if he is going to be an ASS!
Dont bother to engage
he's just looking for a fight...who knows why...just let him say whatever he's got to say and go "Whatever..." and walk away. When you can ignore their outbursts, they eventually stop or even see how stupid they're acting. It's hard though because my fh is the same way...there's times when I want to just hit him in the face with a frying pan and say "Get over it!!!!" These guys can be just sooo immature.
