Feeling Guilty OT

Ok it is 2:45 PM right now....And all I can think about is getting home and opening up a nice cold one...two...or five or six.

This is not usually like me...when we have all the kids...

Think it will be an early bedtime tonight for them all...

Well we got a call last night from the Secretary of the Department of Human Services -Even though the Court Order Stated to pay the BM direct - Even though we have a copy of every check - Even though we have a copy of her signature on the back - Even though we have the bank statements showing they cashed - And even though it stated CHILD SUPPORT IN THE MEMO WITH THE CHILDRENS NAME ON IT.

THE STATE WILL NOT COUNT THIS TOWARDS CHILD SUPPORT - WHY YOU MAY ASK - THEY JUDGE DIRECTED DH TO PAY HER DIRECT?

OMG - SOMEONE IS IN TROUBLE AND ITS BM LOL

Months ago our BM started blackmailing us for more money, or she would go through the state department of revenue child support enforcement. My husband had always paid support, plus half of everything! Well back in Feb 2008 we got a notice that my DH paycheck was going to be garnished for another 75.32 per week for back support! Support she signed an affidavit that she never received, and of course we have been fighting this for 6 months while interest just keeps ranking up!

This is my first blog, but I am just so upset right now I swear I am holding back tears. I have raised my 2 BD myself for 10 years with no support from my ex. While he has continued to do nothing with his life but for forth and multiply 9 kids total by 8 different women. In my divorce not only was I awarded child support, I was also awarded his VA disability check - may only be $100.00 but it was my $100.00.
