With the newest development with BM, DH is wanting to find out if there is anyway to make sure the kids stay with me if anything should happen to him. I do have a call into our attorney, but wanting to see what you all knew or thought.

If the only way is to strip BM of her parental rights, how hard is that to do??

Went the courthouse on New Year's Eve and picked up the citation for BM's arrest. According to the paperwork I was given she had a warrant that was issued on 9/19/14 from her arrest on 8/4/14 (she is being charged with 2 counts of harassment against her sister and BIL) that she was being picked up on. For some reason they felt the need to take her to the ER to be checked out before taking her to the detention center.

So BM has been sitting in jail since Friday, December 19, 2014 on 4 charges. So went in front of the judge today and she will be sitting in jail over Christmas, the judge will see her again next Tuesday for a pretrial. He will go over the charges, evidence and speak to the police officers that were involved and decided at the time if they should take it to trial. Her bail is $5,000 full cash :jawdrop: , I'm dying to know the details but can't get the report because I have to be a responsible adult and work.

Got up this lovely morning and was reading FB. The area I live in there are watch pages telling what's going on over the police scanners and this is what I saw "combative female subject at ER, officers requesting back up", so if course I thought of bat shit crazy BM. Went to the detention center's website and guess what I found.....yep...she was arrested for the 7th time this year. Her charges include, 3rd degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, harassment physical contact no injury. How hard is it to effin behave?!?!?!?
