Change... confusion

over a year ago. I kicked my step-daughter16 out. I told her dad he could go too. in novemeber Dh and I had a a huge blow out. and I left. Shortly after my sd left him too. ran away. Dh didn't care who she was with or where she was going because of all the allegations SD said. A few months later we really decided to work on our marriage and things have been okay since. we heard from sd about 4 times in the past year. She came to some of my sons baseball games bs5 and bs8. when she and her bf came. my dh would barely speak to her. we all stepped around we didn't want any fighting.

does any other step parent seem to nit pick things when their mad at their step-kid.

My sd16 has been through a lot. she can't attend school right now. so she stays home all day long.
Her BM after filling her head with how she loved her and wanted her and things were going to be the best they ever had decided to tell sd she didn't want her. meaning she ran away and is in all that trouble for nothing. she ruined what good she had at her aunts with online school and her part time job. etc. no shes home and mad.

:jawdrop: after all my post I am here to bash BM. Im angry. My life has been hell because my sd16 has wanted her forever. The older she got the worse it got. My post this past week have all been ranting about my sd16 running away and being a b* to my family, my boys. all because she wanted bm. Yesterday, to hell with it go! Here is what happened.

So freaking sd16 has bed bug bites all over her from her bm's house. Why do people want to live that way??? She wants to live with BIO MOM! Fine go! I'm done. if I get freakin bed bugs at my house because of her. my dh will have hell to pay for you will see an all new kind of crazy. I can't wait to finish this shit with the lawyer. I love this girl but if she really wants her nasty ass mom over us forget it. This is my last draw!

The cops finally found sd16

So the cops found sd16 at her BM house last night (where no contact IS ordered). Police wouldn't do a thing to BM. they told police that she had just shown up. sd16 doesn't want to get poor mommy thrown in jail. Yet when they got home sd16 told me everything while dh was out. SD16 was acting like a spoiled brat. "I'm just going to keep running away until I get what I want. I want my mommy" then the fits by the sd began. The two of them were getting so heated I told DH to go outside. That the boys (4 &7) didn't need to hear all this garbage. so he did.

no visitation vs no contact

When my Dh and I got married I was told no contact. its been almost 8 years shes missing. long drawn out story. so we went to prove to the cops she had no contact ordered.
but when we got there the papers said no visitation rights? whats the difference? and I could swear when we went and go the papers last year for her school it said no contact. and recently our mail has been stolen? could any of this correlate?
