Irritated. Small vent. sorry.

You know what I hate? I hate that whenever SO is late picking up SD (which is VERY RARE) but even if he is 5 minutes late due to traffic or whatever it's always "oh you don't care about your daughter, you're lazy, you're a pos sperm donor can't even pick up your kid on time ectectect".

Well BM tells SO last night that she gets out of work at 11:45 today and will pick SD up from our house because they are going somewhere and its on the way...okay whatever. She works 10 minutes from our house. Pick-up is at noon. She doesn't show up until noon-thirty.

Sooooo apparently she is a lazy pos egg donor that doesn't care about her kid. Because she was late. Bitch.

Sadly no Sad He is still trying to be the bigger person and play nice. Meanwhile I'm in the background with my notes and documentation so our lawyer will have proof and a logical come-back for any lie she could spew in court (if it ever happens)

BM: well he was late to pick up SD on such and such date
lawyer: And were you not late on August 26th, 2012 when you told SO you would pick SD up at noon when in fact you did not show up until noon-thirty?

BM: well he still makes her wear diapers
lawyer: Your honor I have here months of receipts detailing SO's purchase of pullups and training pants for SD.

I've got notebooks from June 7th 2011 (when I wised up and started lol) And a daily journal for everyday even when we don't have SD I write everything down, grocery lists, receipts you name it. We've got a new lawyer so maybe this time he'll actually USE all this crap. I feel like I should be getting paid to do this haha
