How should I handle this?

SD13 came to visit us in December and decided at that time she wanted to move in with for the next school year. We agreed. We discussed it with BM who was reluctant, but agreed. Well BM is known for her mind games and manipulation. Shortly after SD13 left to go home we found out we were pregnant. SD13 thought that was "kind of cool." Shortly after that BM announced that she and her boyfriend are pregnant. SD13 still decided she wanted to live with us. BM told SD13 that if she stayed they would buy a house and SD13 could have her very own bedroom. SD13 still decided to move in with us.

A little help???

Any suggestions on how to get SD13 to sleep in her own room? She has been in the baby nursery since she arrived at our house a month ago. SD13 didn't want to live with BM anymore. BF and I let her sleep in the nursery since it was so warm outside and her room in upstairs. Well now that I'm days away from having a baby, I wanted the nursery in order and we moved SD13 upstairs. For the past four hours we have heard howling and screaming and crying. We have tried to make it more comfortable for her, letting the dog sleep with her, leaving the light on etc.

Where do I begin… My husband and I have decided to have a baby. We have been trying for almost a year. He has a 12 year old daughter from a previous marriage. We told her over her last visit that we wanted a baby. SD12 said she'd be upset but it would be "kind of cool." Well we are now three months pregnant and very excited. SD12 doesn't live with us; she lives with her mom back in the United States (we are stationed in Europe). BM now has a boyfriend in a different state.
