Yay DH!
DH texted BM3 and asked her to call him today. He just texted me and told me that he explained to her that it's unfair to expect me to plan around 3 BMs and their preferences and schedules all summer long, and that I'm not going to do it this summer. He also explained AGAIN that given her behavioral issues, consistency is the very best thing for SD6. Pickups will be on Fridays after 5, and BM3 will need to coordinate the pickups with DH himself, not with me. As far as picking her up on days when it's BM3's parenting week, and I'm watching SD6 so BM3 can work, she is welcome to stop by the house (2 minutes from her work) and see if we're here if she gets off early and would like to pick up SD6. Otherwise, she can arrange pickup with DH for any time after he's off work at 5. I do NOT want to be tracked down and disrupted at the lake, at the park, on a hike, on a walk, at the library, or anywhere else, and I'm not hovering over my phone for her convenience.
He let BM2 know that she can call the house phone any time to talk to SD, but that running me down on my cell phone this summer isn't to happen. If she calls the house and SD10 isn't available, SD10 will call her back as soon as she gets in. Blowing up my phone demanding things is over and done with.
So proud of DH today. I am totally gonna make this worth his while when he gets home tonight. Even though he should have done this automatically by default.
