Well, LB had court yesterday. Apparently the principal of the alternative school he is attending (because he pushed a teacher) had stopped by and told the clerk that LB had been acting out in school. Also, FH told the judge how LB was acting at home. The judge basically gave LB a good "verbal-lashing." But he has had plenty of those that have not helped. Apparently, this time, this judge was serious. However, LB's public defender did not show up. He sent an associate who is not used to juvenile cases. So, the judge put sentencing off until next month. Until April 6, we have to continue to deal with LB, his attitude, and his anger. Hopefully, though, this judge will step in in April. Apparently, he isn't very lenient.

Since yesterday, LB's attitude has changed somewhat. For the first time ever, LB came up to me last night and hugged me. He apologized for his behavior the other night. Today though, he is home sick from school. That means he will be puny and whiny tonight. Joy.
